Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had good-sized rooms with warm, comfy beds and great showers, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The service was excellent and extremely helpful, but some staff members seemed untrained for their roles. The location was awesome, although we were too early for the pool. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with excellent value but limited selection. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms fell short of expectations with discrepancies from the pictures, necessitating a room change due to a poor shower experience and unkempt grounds. However, the room featured a lovely garden area accessible directly from the door, albeit in need of a repaint. The wake-up call by housekeeping disrupted our late check-out request.
The hotel rooms could use some upgrades but turned out good in the end. Service was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and good value for money. Dining was below average. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were perfect for an overnight stay with mini conservatories offering a view of the green space, although the overgrown gardens were a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary facilities.
The hotel has rooms overlooking a lovely garden area and features an onsite restaurant. While the rooms are in need of serious modernization and a thorough cleaning, my stay was uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The staff, however, were friendly, polite, and helpful.
The hotel provided an exceptional room experience that surpassed my expectations in comfort, albeit lacking air conditioning, making it quite warm. The service was incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The location offered convenience with ample parking options, though the surrounding units were somewhat subpar. The dining experience was delightful, especially the regional bread, with an excellent variety of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and good dining options.
